Creamy Mediterranean Dressing
1. Blend 1/2 cup feta, 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 tbsp honey, 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, juice of 1 lemon and rind, 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 80g semi dried tomato, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp dried oregano, and 1 tsp sea salt in a blender until smooth.
2. Finish with some chopped Italian parsley.
Delicious over roasted potatoes or as a dipping sauce for hot chips. A family favourite!
