- ¼ cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- ¼ cup coconut cream
- ¾ teaspoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons of warm water
- 5 drops fish sauce
- ¼ cup peanuts (roasted, ground for garnish)
- Combine the first 6 ingredients in a saucepan
and heat over medium heat. Stir to mix well until all ingredients are blended into a smooth texture.
- Pour into a dipping bowl.
- Garnish with roasted ground peanuts.
