Lemons And Ginger Drink

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons of honey
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • Rind of 1 lemon
  • 4 teaspoons of finely grated ginger
  • 1 stick of cinnamon
  • 1 star Anise
  • 2 sprig of mint
  • 4 cups hot water

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a large pitcher or mixing bowl. Stir well. Let steep for 30mins.
  2. Drink warm for immediate effect for cough relieve or chilled for a refreshing quench.
